Hi I put through the generic template from here to Lloyd’s Tsb to reclaim ppi.
I had my credit card number, loan number and my bank account details from then.
They then came back and said they can’t find anything.
I know for a fact these details are right.
What’s my next steps

Are they saying they cant find anything at all or cant find anything that shows you had PPI?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). They’re saying they can’t find anything. I had it in my married name which I did put down0

Did you sent it to Lloyds or TSB? Probably worth trying both just in case it ended up in the wrong place
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Are you still a customer of Lloyds? They retain details longer for people who still bank with them. But destroy records quicker for those that do not.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
