Afternoon all, back from hols so now need to catch up with what you have all been up to! No internet connection where we were staying - it was in the middle of nowhere on the North Yorkshire Moors.
Amazing how we take internet connections for granted when at home. All I could manage was a quick peep on phone now and again if we were near civilisation :rotfl::rotfl:

PM - could you try drinking fruit teas or something different to coffee to try and make you think differently about smoking? How are cigarette free days going by the way?
