At our WW meeting this week they were talking a lot about coffee/tea breaks and how they can be the trigger that makes us think we need a biscuit/cake etc and how we need to find a way to manage that trigger in other ways. Now I would say it would be the same with you trying to give up smoking in the past you would probs make your coffee and have a cigarette so having the coffee would be the trigger now the hard part would be finding something else when you having your coffee to take your mind off the cigs thats where I am hoping someone else with experience may advise on what they may have found helped. Sorry only got the idea not a helpful soloution:(

lovely and sunny here again today its been so nice this week ive actually got to the bottom of the laundry bin !! cant rememberthe last time it got completely emptied lol.

I will post some pics up of the cakes soon, got everything i need also got some cutting & modeling tools usually £5 ish each in the shops i got a pack of 8 double ended (so 16 tools) £2.99 delivered from fleabay much better price

going to make the cakes tomorrow and then buttercream them in the afternoon then hr or so in the fridge and will ice themin the evening then that wll give me saturday morning to do the decorating. got to find some black and white images of space invaders i can copy over, hmmm brain is working hard now lol.

right got to go put the kids sofa back together now, had it taken to pieces last night to measure up and make pattern to re-cover it as its looking a bit grubby and i managed to get some material when we went to ikea will cost me under £20 to make it like new again.

It does make sence, I used to be a very heavy smoker and there were so many triggers for me, as soon as my eyes were open I would have a smoke. Cut down on coffee though.Still kick myself for starting again after 3 years.
