Sorry to hear about the palaver PM, have you got your items now? If not I'd have been tempted to call, speak to a manager, cry a lot and insist (between sobs) that the send the items to your house on express delivery.

I've had mixed experiences ordering with JL - nothing major but ordered some yoga bottoms last year, they sent the wrong size to store (my local Wiates)...I returned them stating incorrect size sent. They appeared online again, i reordered and yep, you guessed it they sent me the same pair I'd returned. :doh: I returned them then and there in store but seemed the girl serving didn't process the refund correctly so I had to chase that. Bit of a comedy of errors but deff not the same as the instore experience.

I have got my items now, headache getting them though. Unfortunately they wernt quite what I need so will be going back. Not to worry Aesop about having to go at work.

I like the sound of hibernating until this freezing cold weather is replaced with warm sunshine think it is trying to trick us:D after that lovely warm sunny day last Tuesday. Don't know how the people cope where it gets to -20 brrrr.

I have been around and lurked on my phone just not had time to sign in and chat:( and today going to be out from 10am till later this afternoon so thought quickly sign in and say hi to everyone.

Haven't heard from Doc for a while wonder how things going for her re work situation.:(
