Sun is shining and little bits of blue sky about but wow is it cold out there . Checked our oil tank yesterday and we have under quarter of a tank left !!! Only filled up in November £700 worth looks like going to need another top up in next 4-6 weeks bein on oil heating is a nightmare people complain about gas prices but oil is goin up fast and never seems to go down in price at the mo. can't wait for the warmer weather to get here.

Not going out today still trying to warm me toes and fingers up from the school run lol

Weekly email interesting this time. £3 of free body shop if you say "happy bunny" instore lol and possible hmv sale Friday although most of their stuff still massively over priced.

That's not good PM could you maybe ring them up speak to a manager (asking for their formal complaints procedure usually works) or getting teary on the phone lol. You need those items so force them to pull their fingers out. Do they have a fb page you could leave an unhappy message on that they wouldn't want people to see?

Jeeze I'm never ever ordering from JL again there saying the items are instore so now iv'e got to take 2 buses to get them despite being told they wern't in store by the store.Been waiting since Sunday now
