Hey PM, hope all has gone ok at the hospital today xx A little break sounds lovely and just what you need to look forward to. As the others have said, it doesn't have to be far, just a change of scene somewhere relaxing. We're forever 'talking' about going away somewhere and looking at sites but never seem to do it, so a few weeks ago I thought s*d it and booked us a long weekend - not until later in the year but it's nice to have something to look forward to and focus on. Big hugs xxFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Evening all.
Glad to see you posting again AH.
PM - hope today went well. Definitely try and get a break away. Anywhere away from home can be so relaxing. Doesn't have to be far.
Aesop - hope your head is OK and not too sore.
CM - hope you enjoyed the garden. Actually managed to get out in garden myself this morning. Just so nice when the sun is shining.0 -
head is ok thanks everyone.
I think I need to start wearing my glasses now, getting a bit of eye strain.

tut tut tut DH - you are supposed to stay awake until your beloved wife is asleep!
And PM, don't be silly. Why would a self harmer be fine about touching scar tissue?0 -
