Stick with the lenses if you can, Iv'e ben wearing them for getting on 15 years, there a bit fiddly when you first start but once you get used to them there great.
Do you wear glasses all the time?
xx
No I don't, just for reading, so it's a bit of an experiment to be honest. I am only wearing one (in my left eye), which is for the reading, the other eye is supposed to be for long distance. The only problem is that my vision generally is therefore not as good, either for reading or long distance, so not sure if it will work for me. I have to go back in two weeks so will make that decision then. I just get so fed up with continually having to put my glasses on and off so thought contacts would be the answer.0 -
So am I !!!!
Still got lots of snow but not much last night as had been forecast. Looks like it is thawing now though, so hopefully will soon be back to normal. Glad you got home OK Blue.
I went to Boots yesterday to learn how to put contact lenses in, after a bit of practice, I came away with them in. After 4 hours I was supposed to take them out, which I attempted, but that was easier said than done! After lots of try's I eventually succeeded but it has put me off putting them in again! I think I will wait until Monday until I try again, at least then if I get stuck I can go back to Boots for help.
CM - Hope your neck problem soon improves.

Good luck with the contact lenses. My mum had them for years and I remember watching her put them in as a kid and wondering how she could, but guess she got used to it. I know she hated it when she had to wear her glasses cos she lost one or was getting new ones.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Tricky isn't it. I'm as blind as a bat and can't even walk through my flat without glasses/lenses. Must be a pain though needing differnt things with vision.
