This is the number I have called. I have called them whilst being trouted and it puts a stop to the trouting immediately.

Sounds like you had a horrible experience, I am glad you want to take it further. Otherwise they just get worse. Plus they make things up as they go along.

Talk about staff training and how embarrassed you were. I did this after they called security and they still only offered a £5 gift card which is abolsutely carp:mad:

BTW today I got call from S's HO. They said as the products I was trying to use the coupons were already on offer so they refused to accept the coupons. (In fact the lady did not even see my coupons LOL).

In the end they offered £5 worth of nectar points for the inconvenience caused....:o

CW sorry to hear about the trouting I wonder if they are getting hit hard at the mo as wih the new moc policy etc seems they are not having a good time and maybe taking it out on staff who in turn take it out on customers.

Having a day at home today as its cold and foggy and I just don't have anywhere I NEED to go so going to play with bubs his morning and watch some Peppa pig then finish last of the painting (downstairs loo) this afternoon.......unless I find a cheesy Christmas film to watch as found a really bad one yesterday while I was pressy wrapping

Ah bless must be strange going into a cage on their own after sharing hope you get Them something special for Xmas. We always used to treat our little budg to one of those sticky seed shaped things (they even used to make them in snowman/star/trees shapes lol was always demolished by the end of Christmas day tho
