waterproof glue

I am in the process of making a new wooden section/panel for my old conservatory using m&t joints. Question is what glue to use? Usually PVA is sufficient and in this case as there will be no great stress on the joints I'm tempted to go with that. The real waterproof glues - gorilla, etc., are time limited and assembling all the joints would be difficult.Anyone got any ideas? I don't want to find that the joints have shrunk and allow water ingress.
