Hi Members,
I called the northampton business centre and they did not receive my defence but I have my ackknowledgemt and also cc'eed myself.
So they asked me to send it again.
Because we have crossed 28 days, will that be a problem.

It will only be a problem if the other side has applied for a CCJ. It would appear from the comments by Northampton that they haven't so get the defence in and refer to the phone call too. cc yourself it too.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
