0% ballance transfer juggling

hi,
new poster here ;)
i have two 0% ballance cards of 24 months. they charge 1.9% for card transfers (19.9% apr on purchaces).
i was wondering if it was feasible to ballance transfer back and forth to each card to save on monthly interest repayments by overlapping (with card purchaces extra interest). i cant get my head around the math.
would it work?
thanks

    Yes.

Though a new card would be cheaper if you can get one. Also keep your purchases on a separate card.

I am not completely clear about what you are actually trying to achieve here. Yes you can make as many balance transfers as you want for as long as the offer lasts, paying a 1.9% fee each time. But in order for purchases to remain interest free you would have to repay the balance of each card in full each month.
If the objective is to build up a 0% balance (ie to get yourself into debt) then it would be better to use one card for purchases and use the other card to repay the purchases in full each month by balance transfer. Making balance transfers back and forth between the cards each month makes little sense.
