I am banking with Lloyds tsb ( Select Current Account) from a year now and i am paying £7 every month for nothing which they are charging for this account.
I do not have any overdraft facility or any credit card offered by them so there is no point i want to stick with them any more.
Please suggest me a good current account with opening overdraft facility and also please good saving account where i can save £250 every month.
My earnings are 21k a year.
Some body suggest me regarding A&L Regular Premier account.
Thanks.

Have you considered
1) Downgrading your account so you don't pay the £7//month
2) Applying for an overdraft?
You don't appear to have any complaint with LTSB beyond these points, so is there really any need to change?
(But by all means open another account - I have LTSB as one of my current accounts - it's the one I use for salary and DD's but not day to day spending.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -

I believe accounts such as First Direct and Cahoot offer opening overdraft facilities, but as with everything else, this will be subject to status.
LTSB offer a monthly saver allowing you to save upto £250 per month at a rate of 8%.
Hope this helps.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!0 -
I have been with LLoyds for over 25 years and have always found them very accomodating when it comes to loans or credit cards. With respect could it be you are the problem and not the bank. By changing banks what difference is that going to make. If you dont want to pay the fee then change to the Lloyds Classic account.0

I suggest you go into your branch and ask for a Financial Review, you will make someone's day! At the review you can ask for the overdraft facility and sort out the other issues you have with the account.:T:j :TMFiT-T2 No.120|Challenge started 12.12.09|MFD 12.12.12 :j:T:j0
