Lifetime Booster

My friend told me about an £99 for lifetime vaccinations. Whilst this sounds great, I don't get one paragraph of the small print.
"To qualify for Vac4Life your pet must have been vaccinated within the last 30 days. You will be required to show a completed vaccination card from a veterinary practice at your pet!!!8217;s first visit if your vaccine was carried out at another practice. If your pet has not been vaccinated in the 30 days before you start your membership of Vac4Life, then you will need to pay for a booster vaccination for your pet."
My kittens are due to get their second initial shot on Friday (which is not included in the £99 offer), but then will not require an annual booster for a year. But it says they must be vaccinated in the last 30 days to qualify for the £99 offer.
What am I missing here? If they only need vaccinating once a year, how can they have been vaccinated in the last 30 days?

You join the scheme within 30 days of the last vaccination/booster.0 -

So, in my case of getting kittens, I would go get an annual booster next year and then sign up pretty straightaway, so the actual cost is £99 plus however much I have to pay for next year's booster?Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

You could join after the second vax on Friday and then you won't have to pay for the booster next year0

This would make sense, but the initial boosters are being done by my vet, whereas the offer is from a well known pet store that has vet practices attached.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

It says "a" veterinary practice, not "one of our" veterinary practices, so I would suspect that you're okay with a vax card from anywhere, but I would definitely double check.
If I'm being cynical, I would suspect that 11 months is long enough that a proportion of people handing over £99 don't come back for the annual injection; after all, this is a huge loss-leader offer if you take up on it fully so the costs have to be recouped somewhere!Start mortgage date: August 2022; Start mortgage amount: £240,999; Original mortgage free date: August 2056

So you take your vaccination card to the surgery concerned to sign up within 30 days of the second vax.0
