Howdy !
Slightly unusual situation . I moved into my new home last year( a Victorian converted flat ). What came with the property was a sky dish and cable which goes to my living room. I got ripped off by aerial force when I got freeesat installed . Long story.
I assumed that I had the basic reception from an ordinary tv aerial as for some reason I was getting a signal when plugging into a wall socket . I asked the managing agents if we have a communal aerial , but was told that we do not and that we are responsible for our own aerials . This morning while watching tv , my human box had to be reset as the signal was weak. So I have tv for the moment .. just.
So, rather than getting fleeced ( again:mad:) , could somebody please advise an approximate cost for the above. I would also need the socket in the bedroom to be activated also. I’m based in Dorset
Thanks

I managed to get through to freeesat via live chat. The telephone service is truly pants and virtually non existent .
It turns out that I don't need a tv aerial if I'm just using freesat.
Useful/ i useless nformation for someone I guess:)0
