PO Box & Legal Requirements

My partner and I are starting up business as a partnership, and as such are aware that we have certain obligations with regards to displaying our address on our website and documentation.
As we are running the business from our home address, we were considering buying a PO Box from Royal Mail, in order to avoid callers and give the business a more professional looking address. We are already aware of the pros and cons of using a PO Box, and that our address can still be obtained by those in the know (thanks to this forum, actually!)
We are unsure if listing our PO Box address as above would fulfil our legal requirements?
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!

My understanding of this was that the address you had to display was your registered office address. Same as with your invoices and other company documentation. This of course applys to Ltd companies, it may apply to LLP`s.
Otherwise you dont have to put any address anywhere, other than what you decide is necessary for your companies image.0 -
This might helpVirtually every commercial website is covered by the Regulations. The geographic address of the service provider must be given. A PO Box is unlikely to suffice as a geographic address; but a registered office address would. If the business is a company, the registered office address must be included in any event.
