    I see Walker Love on your list of unsecured creditors, so does this mean you live in Scotland?

    If so then it's only 5 years not 6 years for a debt to become Statute Barred.

    This may not be relevant to your situation (except you think one debt may be SB) but I thought I would mention it anyway :)

  • Hi there looking for some help with dealing with lowell received a letter last year about a phone contract I had agreed to take out for a friend just found out it hadn't been paid when lowell contacted me about it after a few months correspondence with them I agreed to pay it  they wanted £668 I set up a payment of £80 a month then was made redundant week before xmas contacted them told them I was out of work and couldn't make the payments of £80 my balance was down to £195 offered them £5 a month1 week later they issued me with court papers for ccj I filled these in sent them back with expenditure told them I could only afford £5 monthly lowell contacted me week later said they were giving g me a ccj anyway and added cost now they wanting £335 coutt letter just received saying I have to pay £5 monthly like I offered so why did they have to go add further expenses when I offered them a payment already
