Hello!
I have got some lettersnfrom EPC dept collector in UK for speeding in Hungary last year. I have scrolling the forum about tickets etc. But I am not sure about the over speed ticket I got. I am from Estonia and I am getting letters from contractum international debt collection. Should I pay them? What happens if I dont? Can they charge me more or how can they get the money from me?
Greetings,
Karl

You're based in Estonia, you've been caught speeding in Hungary and you're asking questions about it on a private parking forum in the UK. Seems to make sense! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Carma, I have read your post, you are from Estonia and live in UK? EPC cannot do anything except write nasty letters, they cannot take you for a coffee let alone court. Read the post about them on here and the Dublin motorway.0
