First Utility "Winback" Team
I was recently contacted by the above offering me special rates for electricity as a former customer.
These were much better than the rates available from their website - I checked !!
Unfortunately I somehow deleted the email from them and cannot get it back
Does anyone have contact details - either phone or email - for this team please.
Tried the normal route int First Utility but am told they are an external team.

They may not have identified themselves as the winback team. Said they were responsible for attracting former customers back0
