New MOT Rules Warning Lights

My Citroen C-Crosser has the fuel additive service required warning light on. Will this now fail the new MOT?
Even though this warning light comes on when the bag containing the fuel additive is half full there is supposed to be around three years worth left in the bag.
As being some kind of service light as in service now due for the car or Fuel is low etc are these classed as a fail?
