So you write as Mum/Dad (the keeper) and give your address (assuming you are not in the same house) as their 'new address for service'. Hey presto they get no more worrying threats.

Then you can handle all the letters - and they see none of them. Tell them you are dealing with it and they won't hear any more (true). You might see a court claim and then MUST respond and tell the Defendant of course, but the case could be heard 'on the papers' (no hearing).

None of the contact should be made in your name unless you are named as driver or keeper.

An alternative would be - write as Mum/Dad, and name YOU (name and address) as the keeper that day.

Did you miss this fightback thread? Loads more you can do, in Mum/Dad's name, as if you were the keeper:

Thanks CouponMad. I appreciate your advice on this.
Funny how, despite asking PPE's info@ and enforcement@dept (by email) to proceeed to court asap, the demands keep on coming

Sorry, but figured a generic question (which might help other people as well) doesn't need for anyone to read through a previous longwinded thread
Funny how a generic question starting a new thread turns out to be episode five of the ongoing saga.

Please can you ask a board guide to merge all five of your threads.

    Thanks.

Yes please get them merged and no new ones please, unless about a different PCN.

Thanks Couponmad. Tried doing that right away, but can't find any route to Moderators. Nor similarly, a Forum guidance re "one case, one thread" etc to see what else I need to know

    Why another provocative comment?
Searching each poster's history (I've not posted for 13 months) to see if you can justify beating up, is very sly.
