Urgent - How do you find a seller on ebay

I am trying to help someone who has a potential issue and we need to view their items for sale without logging in to the account.
It used to be easy, just go into advanced search - find seller , add seller's ID and hey presto, that option is now messed up and it looks like you can only search for items, not other users.
There must be a way of doing this- any suggestions that have worked please in the last 2 weeks or so since the system changed?

Can you paste this into your search bar:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/securicare/m.html?_trksid=p3692
but replace username 'securicare' with the person's ebay account name.0 -
OK panic over, the only way I can find is to use the goofbid tool for 'feedback checker' and go into ebay that way. Ebay, for whatever daft reason they have, appear to have disabled the ability to search for a seller now.
I'll leave this thread up in case anyone else needs the information.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ebay, for whatever daft reason they have, appear to have disabled the ability to search for a seller now.
I just managed to get it to work but EBay have changed it somewhat. The "by seller" option is still there but when you select it, it takes you further down the page to a section about "Sellers".
You then have to select the tick box for "Only show items from:". This then enables an "include/exclude" dropdown list next to a box for the seller's ID. You enter the seller's ID and click the blue search button at the bottom of the page.
Bit clunky but it seems to work as I just did a search on a seller without being signed into my account.0 -
I'm on "Seller Manager" mode, but this may help somebody. Click on your Ebay feedback number, and Feedback Profile comes up. At the very bottom of the page, click on Site Map. Under 'Comment' you should see 'Find a Member.' Put in their Ebay ID and the number verification, and the Ebay user you want should pop up.0
