And a copy of Schedule 4 - as it's statute law you don't have to provide a copy but I would, with the sentences mentioning 'relevant contract' 'relevant obligation' and 'adequate notice' highlighted.

Also, I think the transcript from Pace v Lengyel has DJ Iyer first of all dealing with the fact that there must be a 'relevant contract' or 'relevant obligation' in the first place. Read that transcript and highlight anything useful and file it if you feel it assists.

Thanks. I was intending on printing schedule 4 out and highlighting all the relevant parts.

I'll read the transcript and check it out.

Question - do i need to scan all the evidence e.g. photos, sources, cases/transcripts, and provide this with the witness statement and take the originals on the day of the hearing? Im guessing yes but just checking.

Yes - but the court copy can't be emailed, too many attachments, so you will need to sent them hard copies in a ring binder, all numbered and with a contents page/claim number and defence clearly on the front.

It should look like your own bundle for the hearing, so the Judge has the same as you.

The Claimant can lump it and have an emailed version.

Difficult to email ES as the photos are 50mb plus. Don't think their inbox will allow this. Will have to post to them im thinking.

Will bind and post it for the courts. Neat and presentable.

Screenshot photos into a word document (i.e. smaller pics for them). Let them lump it.

Have you got the transcript/source for Pace v Lengyel? Cant find this anywhere. I've found outlines of the case but not the judge statement/decision. Thanks!
