Surely you told your solicitor who your mortgage as with when you first got their quote?
Did the solicitor say he was (or rather was not) on the lender's panel at that stage?0 -
Ewwwww....if its anything like my experience, the lenders sol raises all sorts of bonkers queries you can't answer so the process practically grinds to a halt.....wish you the best of luck!:A Goddess :A0
