DVLA Complaints Dept email address?

Hi, just a quick query to see if anyone has an email for the DVLA complaints department. I have searched the forum, DVLA site, and Google but no luck.

Thanks in advance

Complain about the DVLA? A mistake surely?

They are never wrong and never ever make mistakes.

The contact forms were at the top of Google when i just tried it. The complaints form/email varies depending on the actual nature of the complaint.

Post #5 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread holds that information.

Why do we need a new thread for this?

They have dished out keeper details to a PPC when they shouldn't have. Not sure which option to tick on the online contact form and don't want to get it wrong.

Not to worry, ill just go for snail mail :)

    Thank you for your reply

Thank you for your reply KeithP. I did look on the Newbie sticky first but my tired eyes missed that bit. It seems from the info there that although there is an email address there i may be best posting it anyway.

Not sure 'we needed' a new thread, I just thought it might be more helpful for anyone else to search if they have the same query. Apologies if this is wrong/inappropriate. I'll happily delete the thread if its possible/i can work out how!

As someone who has always worked in admin management in various places, unless I had a known, reliable contact name and Department, I wouldn't post snail mail a complaint to a MASSIVE organisation! The email is in post #5 so use it.

Did you see this thread about what to do, what to complain about and sending the PPC a SAR every time?

Came up as the first hit (except your thread) when searching for posts about the DVLA.
