Another one bites the dust !! Been a few winners this week 😜👍👍
An excellent report (which court ?) , I like the judges comments on the case and clearly the claimant lost out due to your honesty and their greed , plus outdated flimsy receipts not fit for purpose !!:cool:2 -
a well known graveyard for parking companies !!no wonder the judge knew all about the issues !!well done1

Tried to befriend me at the end as i was leaving...say 'oh well done'. I just said dont patronise me. The only thing which is a greater disease than covid right now is your company...🤷♂️. I much rather would have shown him a hand gesture but managed to contain myself...:cool:5 -

Judge just said.. no doubt the satisfaction of helping others would be greater. I said yes il be going back on the forum!if you counter claimed you would have paid a fee of say £25 when the defence was submitted and claimed from them , where you are claimant and they are defendant with their claim and your counter claim decided at the one hearingif you did not do this , you put in a summary costs assessment with your WS and exhibits and received say half of it in costs, so not a counter claim but a claim for your costs back, expenses if you like3 -
That's a good win. Getting costs of over £100 is good these days.Tabz123 said:
