Great news.  ANOTHER ES ONE BITES THE DUST!

You actually counterclaimed and got a sum granted?  Or do you mean you asked for costs (not a counterclaim, not the same).

Fantastic result , well done , ES parking lose !!! De minimis

Another one bites the dust !!  Been a few winners this week 😜👍👍

An excellent report (which court ?) , I like the judges comments on the case and clearly the claimant lost out due to your honesty and their greed , plus outdated flimsy receipts not fit for purpose !!

It was Manchester civil justice centre

Im not sure. I just added a schedule of costs at the back. Was around £300 but only had £150 approved.

Judge just said.. no doubt the satisfaction of helping others would be greater. I said yes il be going back on the forum!

if you counter claimed you would have paid a fee of say £25 when the defence was submitted and claimed from them , where you are claimant and they are defendant with their claim and your counter claim decided at the one hearing

if you did not do this , you put in a summary costs assessment with your WS and exhibits and received say half of it in costs, so not a counter claim but a claim for your costs back, expenses if you like

That's a good win. Getting costs of over £100 is good these days.
