Wooden lintel replacement

Looking for a bit of info before my elderly relatives ask for quotes.Could anyone give a ball park figure ? And roughly how long it would take. I don't want them to get ripped off for essential work.

Why do they think the lintels need replacing ?

If this is a listed property, best to speak with the local conservation officer before embarking on any work.
