PAINT SPAYER - What Paint to use???

Hello and thank you I’m advance for your help.

I have recently purchased a hand held paint sprayer and I as I have tasked my self to do many jobs this summer am now looking for the best paint to use, and what thinkers and mix is required.

I require paint for the following jobs:-
Garage Door - Metal, needs primer and black Matt finish.
Fence Panels - Creasote, what brand and mix
Sleepers - will be rubbed down, needs to be able to seal in any remaining !!!!!umen and look good.
Brick wall - out side wall (not house wall), good hard wearing paint as balls kicked against in

Any help, advice would be appreciated.
