Best glue to stick plastic to concrete?

I want to stick some deterrent plastic strips to the top of my garden wall to stop animals invading from next doors overgrown garden . Ordinary glue does not work, and it is too long an area to be economic for contact adhesives. I thought about Gorilla glue but read it is not really suitable for bonding plastic to concrete. Anyone got any recommendations,?
PS. Hub of problem seems to be that the "prickle strips" are made from polyurethane. Someone said I should use a sealant instead of a glue. What is the difference?

+1 for the above.
brilliant stuff. i had to reattach a heavy clear glass table top to it's metal support and it worked brilliantly. it comes in clear or white (and others).0 -
Could you screw them down?0

Any external silicon will do, just get the no nonsence stuff or similar from Screwfix. Like any other adhesive though just make sure the concrete is free from dust and debris.0
