Afternoon All, Advice please. I can't link my Lenovo ideapad 320 laptop to my Epson XP102 printer any ideas? Thanks, Carol

Tried a USB cable? Windows 10 (assuming you have W10) should automatically find it. For wifi... Click Start and go to Settings - Devices - Printers & scanners.
If you do not see your printer listed in the main window, click the Add a printer or scanner option and wait while Windows tries to detect your printer - make sure it is connected to your PC and switched on.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
Most Epson printers work out of the box in Windows 10 via USB.
If not...

Unplug the printer, install the driver, plug-in the printer when asked. No printer can work out of the box wirelessly, it has to be configured to your particular network.0 -
Is this something that has stopped working following the Windows 10 1803 update? If so I have not yet been able to get printing to my Samsung M2853DW to work from my Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 using wifi or cable (although it's fine from my ancient Samsung laptop), and I have seen at least one other post with a similar issue.0

No error messages?
press start and type SERVICES, then select this.
There should be a service called PRINT SPOOLER make sure it is st to automatic and started
if still not working press start and type Event Viewer, look in windows logs, look in system. It is not uncommon to find some red entries like DistributedCOM0
