Combi-boiler vent and extractor vent proximity?

I think the closest they can be is 30cm, and this will be the case when the pipes exit the wall but if I put a periscope extension on the boiler vent would it then be legal?

Yes, perfectly normal procedure to do this. Thats why they sell extension pipes.0
