Logbook Taxation class?
Hi,
Logbook current taxation class for car is disabled. Road tax expired yesterday so SORN has been made on car. Insurance and MOT runs out near to end of this month.
The question is if I sell the car can I leave the taxation class on logbook still on disabled and let the buyer change the taxation class to normal?
Or...
Do I have to change it back to normal taxation class before sale or can I do it while sending off the logbook after sale? If so what do I write on logbook to do this?

Yes, have bought disabled class cars in the past and have just done it using the reference number on the V5C slip you give the new owner. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
