Hi
Im trying to source wholesale furniture companies and have come across esourses.co.uk which seems to be a database of wholesalers, only thing is you have to subscribe to it.
Im wondering if its worth it? Has anyone use it before?

I would go to a trade show to find wholesalers. Google for details of these - I am sure there are more shows.
Manchester Furniture Show July
Interiors Birmingham January 09
Summer Fair London June
At trade shows you will find reliable wholesalers and have a chance to see goods and talk to people. These shows are usually free but you will need to register in advance.0 -
Based in Hertfordshire, they import great furniture and supply to big names, I bought a nice oak desk and waldrobe from them. http://www.sleepyvalleylimited.co.uk/Kind Regards

If you have the subscription going through a paypal account you need to cancel it through paypal (I figured it out the other day).0

All these companies will do is link you to suppliers that have listed information on their website [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]
Most buyers want to buy Brand name products, you can not buy these in countries like China, Indonesia, suppliers that will sell small orders, cheap shippings, low cost products, would be more to be scammers!!
You need to understand exports, and know your products before you send your money off, W/U payments are used by scammers, but you can get FREE help from www.stopscammers.co.uk0 -
I use alibaba.com depending where your buying from, think aobut the prices your paying, and if you are going to buy from some one get a back ground check done on them, I use a buying agent in china for such matters, for china of course

my experience has been quite good actually. It's true you need to search but god hit me if it wasn't the best investment I have made in quite some time. For me it's been worth it and have made my lifetime fee back many times since. I can understand though some of you had problems with their subscriptions which I am not familiar with.0
