Awful Samsung Mobile & ANovo Repair Experience

I have a contract phone with Bt a sony xperia on a 2 year contract this now a year or just under my screen became faulty unresponsive (“dead”) device,Sony Xperia and it seems the sensor had gone I had no cointrol over phone it was dial numbers itself going on website so i Rang bt who send dpd to pick it up I thought this was being repaired by Bt but it has been contract to a company call Anovo Returns Avoidance

Customer Care Anovo who has come back and said the the of frame is bent which is class Physical damage the phone left me i didd not notice any frame being bent to lose the warranty? then it came to me that they miught be talking about where the sd card is place ? but what even more surporiseing this was just a visiual inspecton not even look internal Anovo are not an appoved agent by sony as spoke to the girl at anovo dealing with this she said there are not appoved by sony for repairs , And this was confirm when I rang SONY Phone Support: +44 3705 237 237 anovo are not an appoved agent which of coarse effects the Guarantee @ repair or attempted repair by persons who are not. Sony or Authorised Service Network members BT has an obligation under Guarantee to repair or replace my phone where and tear eg bent frame is consistent with normal use when taking out the sim but this is class a damaged according to BT AND YOU LOSE YOUR WARRANTY
