Zigzag appeal

Hello I just got a PCN from Bolton council for stopping on zigzag outside a school to let my children out. I actually stopped to let a crocodile of children cross from the out of school club and whilst waiting let my children out. 2nd daughter was out about 10 secs after children crossed but they're clearly in the picture on RHS.
Leader of club said she'd back up my statement (thought I might have been done). Any advice? Is it worth appealing?
Thanks

It's a council ticket, so you would be better signing up to Pepipoo - but don't use a Hotmail address.0

Thanks, I'm finding their site hard to use!0

Post here, it's easy as long as you haven't used a Hotmail email:

There is even a sticky about how to post images. You MUST post with pics of the PCN!
Personally I think you will struggle with this one, because dropping any passenger off on a zig zag is an complete nono during school hours of operation, even if just stopped in traffic.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
