De-Humidifier Recomendations Please

Options
I bought one about 8 years ago without looking into it in detail. I need to replace it and have completely confused myself by Googling too much.

My problem is I need it for a cold workshop most of the time and a normal house in spring and autumn when the heating is off but the sun is in. All the information suggests I need two, desiccant for the workshop and compressor for the house.

Can anyone recommend one which will cope with both situations and is economical to run please?
So far I have found:
EcoAir DC12 for £129.96
EcoAir DC18 for £140.95 or
Ebac 18L for £169

Many thanks

I've got two EcoAir DC18s and am very happy with them. One is on all the time in the unheated section of my basement at 80% which just stops condensation forming on the walls and floor and keeps it smelling fresh. The other I use around the house as and when, mainly in spring and autumn (and damp summer days!). I've nothing to compare them to, but they do what the job I want them to do.
