Flue conveys gasses to atmosphere same as your existing combi - route the flue the same.
Condensate is water which is collected as part of the process and needs to be routed through 'normal' waste water systems, eg connect it to bath waste, or if you have to you can pump it away if there isnt a suitable nearby option.

If at all possible, I would recommend running the pipe within the house to an existing soil pipe. The alternative is running it outside the house, but that carries a high risk of it freezing up in the winter - just when you need the heating the most.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
21mm (overflow size) going to 32/40mm to your nearest waste.
Every situation is different - it makes no odds if it goes to your bath waste, kitchen sink waste, soil pipe direct etc etc
Last resort is to run it outside, but there are solutions to it if you have to.
But it sounds like you're doing loads of work so it shouldn;t be a problem to link up to a soil stank or existing waste somewhere nearby internally.

Thanks Ectophile!
Do you or anybody happen to know the general diameter of the required pipe. The picture on the other thread which discussed it looked like a regular 22mm pipe?
Good thoughtful suggestion about freezing in winter though as I suspect this is something that probably occasionally gets overlooked by less experienced installers
Any installer will run the condensate internally as a first option and go outside when there is no other possibility.0 -
And it's possible to get condensate drain pumps if you need to go 'up and over' to get to a suitable waste.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Covered already

if your boiler is 8-10 years old then it could already be a condensing boiler.
remember John Prescott ? was his idea to burden the Uk consumer with condensing boilers, only condensing boilers to be fitted from Aprils fools day 2005 (some exceptions did apply).
your flue can take the same route and a 21mm condense can be run to a convenient drain position, often the bathroom drain can be teed into. it should not be a problem to run the condense pipe as installers should now be clued up although many still !!!! it up.
The gas pipe to the boiler may have to be renewed, cheers Mr prescott !.
depending on your current baxi model (we dont know) it could be worth repairing, some are so much better than new condensing equivalents.0 -
No problem - that's what it's for.. Just don't forget to press the 'thanks' button to those posts that have helped
