Directline mse £45 car insurance voucher

Told Direct Line they said it was a third party which dealt with the voucher issue and would give them my contact details that was on Sunday....no contact yet!

I bought car insurance from them on 3/9/18 as they were the cheapest but only if I receive the £40 Amazon voucher promised. I should’ve received it by 22nd October (45 days after policy start date 7/9/18). I emailed info@directlinetreat.co.uk today who replied with this

To allow us to look into this further for you, please provide us with the following information:
Full Name
Full Address
Policy Number
Type of policy taken out
Start date of the policy
Date policy purchased
Website purchased through
Amount of voucher / Where for
Contact number

Once we have this information please allow 10 working days for us to investigate and come back to you.

Which I have done... will see what happens... too much of a faff already.

Not very efficient but seems they get there in the end
