ello,
I have had a mortgage from Northern Rock since 2006, part secured and unsecured and currently owe £61,000 secured and £7,000 unsecured. We did not pay a deposit and it is a 100% morrgage.
Do you think I have a case to retrieve a payment and or the unsecured loan to be wiped (ideal scenario) ?
Any help/suggestions would be useful.

What payment do you need to retrieve? If you have paid something in error, give them a call.
Why would the loan be wiped? Have you already repaid it?0 -
