My previous post Nationwide and Vodafone of 05-05-2018 is the beginning of this saga.
He still hasn't had his money from Nationwide. First they told him there was a glitch in the system.
Then he was told there is a problem with the automatic transfer. Then the money disappeared. Then it had been found.
Then it disappeared again. Somehow it's jumping about the system. They know how much it is but can't access it.
He's been tearing his hair out trying to get his cash but it's been kept pending.
Anyone else having this problem? Have they been hacked?
Is it a similar problem as TSB.
Be good to Know.

It would be better to update the other thread if it already has the rest of the story, rather than expecting people to go searching for it in order to make sense of what you've said on this one!0

Your friend has confirmation of the date and amount of the payment?
He has checked that the account number and sort code used were correct?
If so, has he made a formal complaint to Nationwide?0 -
Is your friend really you?0
