Media reporting that after the hardware break down suffered by Visa today it is now back up and running again.

I had a problem last night, my credit card was declined twice i put it down to it being a new card even though i had already been using it, third attempt i paid with visa debit card it was accepted, i was having a laugh with a guy next to me and his card was also declined twice and third time accepted, visa say the problem started today (fri) at 2.30pm and some people have been charged for all the failed attempts, iv'e checked my accounts and it seems in order.0
