Has anyone any experience of "Close Brothers"? I applied for an account (fixed rate bond) about three weeks ago. I received an email from them acknowledging my application and stating that it may take them up to ten working days to process my application. I've just counted the working days since that email: thirteen. Point is, I've not heard anything back from them, and they're three days over the ten working days that they stipulated. I tried calling them today but, after a long hold, gave up waiting. Question though remains, has anyone experienced the same?
