TSB Classic Plus

Is it possible to close an existing TSB Classic Current Account then later re-open their new Classic Plus Account to receive the 2 x £5 payments and the 5% interest?

If you close a Classic and then open a Classic Plus that's not really 're-opening' as such, as they're different types of accounts.

The offer Ts & Cs only make reference to previous holders of Classic Plus accounts, so a non-Plus Classic shouldn't affect your eligibility....

You've been provided with a link to the T&Cs. You will find your answer in the 2nd sentence.
