I suspect not.

But the T&C are a bit ambiguous. RBS website says, for example:

We're sorry but if you've had cashback from NatWest between October 2017 and May 2018, you won't get it again.

Which confirms they are running the offer as RBS/NatWest jointly but, intriguingly, doesn't specifically rule out the current offer from both banks in June. It seems to be referencing the previous £125 offer.
