TD - I think you're on the wrong page! :doh:Fifteen days have now passed and it appears that Dr Arcot is out of time to submit to the court, and to me, those documents which he wishes to rely on in court. What sanction can the court apply?
Also, does this strengthen my case for unreasonable conduct costs. I have no idea how his claim breaks down, should I not have seen bills from his solicitor and estate agent, and evidence from his GP/psychiatrist of the stress he has suffered?
WRT CPR 27.14(2)(g) costs, do you still think that I am urinating into the wind? If I win and get no costs I shall be considerably out of pocket. What about putting me in the position I was before the event occurred?
At the very least, I should like to recover your fees, I have a company to run, (I have just spent three weeks in Spain liquidating assets), and cannot expect to devote hours to prosecuting this case without legal assistance.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
