Hey DEEP old boy, nice to see you back, your age you know:)0

Thanks Beamish, we have just spent three frantic weeks in Spain selling our flat.
The Memsahib insisted on repatriating everything apart from the furniture; half used bottles of HP sauce, several kilos of rice, a couple of kilos of chapatti flour, jars of assorted pickle, all her beach sandals, our kids flippers, masks, etc., etc., etc. The car was full to the roof, we still have not finished unpacking. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Are you over and done with Spain now TD? Do you have any other plans for foreign climes? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nice you see you back0 -
Sorry to say, very probably, although I would like still like to visit Santiago and Seville. The joys of Spain for us were walking, swimming etc., but now all gone, anno domini.
We may go on a Danube Cruise and I want to visit Marienbad and Carlsbad, but nothing more ambitious, I have spent half my life living abroad so have got the travel bug out or our systems. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
