You can enter the Tenderstem® “Win an Adventure In The Stix” prize draw by filling out a form on https://www.tenderstem.co.uk/competitions. The prize is a 2 night stay in a glamping dome in Rutland.

By entering the promotion (the “Promotion”) you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion on the website https://www.tenderstem.co.uk, Twitter (@Tenderstem) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Tenderstem/) form part of these terms and conditions.

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is Coregeo® Limited, PO BOX 1079, Maidstone, Kent, ME18 6WX and the Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over only.
Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of their group companies, or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

The first date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is Wednesday, 23rd May 2018.
The last date on which you can enter your details online to enter the prize draw is 12.00 noon on Monday, 11th June 2018. Entries received after the Competition Period will not be eligible for entry.
Entry to the prize draw is free, and only online at tenderstem.co.uk
Participants may only enter the prize draw once. Duplicate Entries will be removed from the prize draw.
This Promotion is only available to consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller). If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.
THE PRIZE

The Promotion consists of a prize draw to win a 2 night stay in a glamping dome in Rutland.
There is 1 prize available to be won by residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received.
The winner will be contacted on or after Monday, 11th June 2018, 12 noon via the email address provided in his/her entry. The Winner will have 7 days from the date the email notification was sent to accept their Prize.
The winner must choose any day of the week between 11th June-30th June 2018 and 1st September-31st December 2018 to claim the prize. Dates between 1st July and 31st August 2018 are not available.
In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to any other participant of the Promotion.
The prize is not transferable to another individual.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The prize will be fulfilled by the host company, Host Unusual.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.
