totally pxxxed off with carparts4less

Ordered parts on the 20th (delivery 3 to 4days). its now the 31st and order is still processing.


emailed on the 25th at 0730 got an auto reply saying they would be in touch within 48 hours, i know it was BH weekend but it is now 4 working days and nothing.


I spend 2 hours waiting on live chat yesterday only to get to number 1 in the queue just before 6pm when they closed


I have tried phoning and been left on hold for an hour.


I just want the parts or a refund

Why not phone them instead?

Never had a problem with them and just placed several orders also. Which should arrive between Friday and Monday.

My original post says I have tried phoning.

I have had stuff from them before with no problems.

I have now been on their Facebook page and it seems I am not alone, there are many posts just today saying th same as my OP

I am going to start a chargeback, simply because I need the parts and I can!!!8217;t get hold of carparts4less

Checked my emails and had a yodel one with tracking and assumed that to be my part from 4less, but it appears to be another item instead.

4less using DHL and their tracking is rubbish. Page just shows location + time and destination. Nothing else.

At least yodel says im low down the delivery list. Delivery 60 out of 70.

More posts on their facebook page today saying the same thing.
no parts and unable to contact.


looks to me like they may be in trouble.


I have never done a chargeback before, didnt know you had to do it by snailmail

Jinxed or what. Just had a text from DHL delivery Monday.. Delivery was supposed to be today....

At least something is out for delivery i guess. Maybe its your wipers?

Delivery came early morning, rather large box for the contents but all good.

No reply to my request for a refund of the next day delivery charge as yet.

I and many others have heard and received nothing.

I have started a disputed charge with my credit card company

Strangely I ordered from them the week before and it came within 2 days.

I ordered 5 parts from carparts4less. I received box with 4 parts in. emailed a request to them and received a reply that they would investigate.
Now they don't respond to my emails. Live chat just cuts off and tried for 30 miutes to call them and gave up.
Avoid!!
