Surely in ALL cases it must also be alongside a correctly addressed letter.

The letters are sent out in white A5 window envelopes.
If the letter does not have the correctly addressed letter, the correct address showing in the envelope window, then any error is by the Royal Mail who incorrectly delivered the letter delivered

The BBC reported that on the first page of the letter was the customers name and address, to which the letter was delivered, but the second page of the letter contained a different customer's name, address, and account details.

    I can't post a link because I'm new. :)

Not an apology letter, but I received a letter from TSB confirming my lump sum mortgage payment. All good, except I also received a second, separate letter, also about my lump sum payment, but with a completely wrong account number.

Have you a link for the survey as I am sure that there are many that would like to complete it. They will not be so refrained.

sorry- no don't have a link to the survey.
It appeared in my in-box. Have deleted the link...oops. As it was anonymous probably wasn't that useful anyway!

If it was the same survey I filled it it was part of a confidential user panel system, so not only unavailable for others but not something we should even be mentioning, as it was strictly confidential.

Well I'm not part of a confidential user panel- it was just an e-mail.
I certainly haven't signed a confidentiality clause with any bank- to my knowledge! (Maybe it's buried in the teeny weeny print)
