Progains Meals - horrible company

Hello!



I ordered from https://www.prograinsmeals.com and the food arrived off and in broken trays and made it a total mess. I read online that this happened with many customers.



The owner of the business, apparently a previous Dragon's Den person {Edited by Forum team}, has {Edited by Forum team} numerous people as shown in TrustPilot http://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.progainsmeals.com , although he tried to have their reviews deleted. Unfortunately I believed it was just some bad moments, but it seems like the norm.


Is there a way to report {Edited by Forum team}? Can I get my money back?

    No good complaining here. Ask for your money back from the company and if you have genuine cause for complaint (you'll need photographic evidence) and they don't refund, do a chargeback.

    Have you taken this up with the company before coming on here? If not, why not?

    He messed me around by email after buying a Groupon for some deliveries. Website wasn't working. Groupon code didn't "exist". Wanted me to pay full price and then he'd refund! All set red flags flying so I got a refund direct from Groupon and emailed him and told him to go do one. Sorry you've had to suffer dealing with them/him. I've got no advice sorry, just wanted to say you're not alone in {Edited by Forum team} by them

    Is he even allowed to trade? I believe he just {Edited by Forum team} and I wonder if I can get my money back.
