How can I put our temporary address in France into Paypal?
I fill in the form but it will not accept any county or post code not in the UK.

It never used to be possible purely due to the way bidding was set up on eBay. Being a UK registered account would mean you picked up the UK postage costs so when you went to pay seller would not get the correct postage costs. It could also be used to circumvent seller restrictions on non UK postage.
I have seen recently non U.K registered buyers (one German and one Italian) with UK addresses, but I don't know if they have completely,re registered their PayPal account with a Uk card, or whether it's just because there are different rules for PayPal accounts opened in Europe.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks soolin, I am buying stuff from France so the postage thing does not apply, Just want Paypal protection which needs to have our French address registered.
I will go and ask Paypal about this.0
